The term 'Darling Ivy' 'us' or 'we' refers to the owners of this website.
When you place an order from one of the pre-designed collections with Darling Ivy you can expect your order to arrive up to 2 weeks after you have signed off your personalised digital proof. Your digital proof will be sent to your email address linked to your order within 3 working days from placing your order. Please note the studio is closed on weekends - so if you placed your order on a Friday you can expect your digital proof by the Wednesday. To ensure that we can process your order, please make sure that you attached or send your personalised wording alongside your order. Alternatively, please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
If you require your order urgently, please contact the studio and we would be happy to help as best as we can. However, our designs are sent externally for professional printing so we do need to consider whether a shorter turn around time is possible.
Digital proofs are sent for your approval before your personalised order is sent to print. It is your responsibility to ensure the wording on your order is exactly as you would like it. The customer is responsible for checking their digital proofs, ensuring that spelling, grammar and colour meets their expectations. Any amendments can be altered and a second proof will be sent without charge. However, any further amendments after the second proof will incur a charge of £15 per ammend.
Darling Ivy cannot be held responsible for any errors after the proofs have been approved by you. Any mistakes or errors noticed after the artwork approval and sent to print are not the responsibility of Darling Ivy and any requests for re-prints will be treated as an entirely new order.
Please note we cannot produce finished personalised proof for you to see, so we do encourage you to place an order of one of our sample invitation packs so that you can see and feel the quality of our designs. Colours can vary from screen to print so we do recommend you see our printed samples, or colour swatches before placing an order. Our sample invitations are priced at £3.50 with FREE P&P and if you go ahead to place your order we will re-imburse the cost of your sample.
We retain the rights over all artwork on all of our samples, this must not be copied or imitated in any way.
Whilst we make every effort to make sure the highest of standards is obtained in the designing, printing and production of our products - there may not be exact colour matches to our proofs or samples. We will not and do not hold liability for any defects that are beyond our control. Screens often display colour differently to print, so again we recommend ordering samples for closest colour match.
Minimum Order Quantity
Please note all invitations, save the dates, menus, order of service sheets, order of service booklets and place cards all have a minimum order quantity of 30. We recommend that you order at least one invite per household and a few extra just incase & to keep for yourselves.
Table Names & Numbers & Table Plan cards all have an minimum order quantity of 8.
Other products that have minimum order quantities it is clearly stated in the product descriptions.
Copyright, Protection & Intellectual Property
Darling Ivy holds all copyright and rights to all of the designs, artwork, photographs, text and products on this website. All artwork is original by Stephanie Barwick owner/founder of Darling Ivy and must not be imitated or copied in any form. We reserve the right to use any customer designs on our website, partnering sites or marketing channels as we see to be appropriate. All bespoke design work still remains the copyright of Darling Ivy and must not be replicated or copied without prior consent or permission from Darling Ivy. Darling Ivy reserves the right to release any bespoke designs as house collections once your event has passed.
Please note VAT is including in our pricing. We reserve the right to make adjustments or alterations to our prices as the result of increasing production costs or pricing errors on our website without any prior notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, and to change or update any incorrect information. We also reserve the right to cancel any orders if any information is incorrect on the website at time of purchase without prior notice.
Orders may only be cancelled up to 12 hours after the order has been placed. After this, designing may have occurred and been sent to print which will occur a charge.
Personalised items are non-refundable( anything that has been created bespoke for you or personalised to your requirements or wording).
However, if there is an issue with your order please get in touch and we'd be happy to help rectify any issues.
There maybe occasional typographic errors, inaccuracies or omissions within the information on our site - relating to product descriptions, promotions, shipping costs & services. We reserve the right to amend any wording or incorrect information on our website.
